Everything You Need to Know

Need more help? Contact Support →
Does Kaabhi verify the suppliers on the platform? +
Kaabhi operates as an intermediation marketplace connecting buyers with verified independent suppliers. While we provide the platform structure and secure escrow systems, sellers manage their own inventory and catalog descriptions. We encourage direct communication for specific product inquiries.
How do I choose the right size for clothing or footwear? +
To ensure a perfect fit and avoid unnecessary returns, please check our universal Size Guide before placing your order. It includes conversion charts and body measurement guidelines for all product categories.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive or is defective? +
Your payment is safely held under Kaabhi's escrow protection policy until the order is successfully delivered. If an item doesn't arrive or has a manufacturing defect, you can open a dispute through our support team within the delivery window to halt fund release and request a resolution.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? +
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) and unit limits are determined independently by each supplier. You can check the specific MOQ or purchase requirement directly on the product listing page before placing your order.
Can I return custom or made-to-order items? +
Products that are customized, tailored, or made-to-order based on buyer specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing reasons. We strongly advise checking our Size Guide before ordering. Returns for custom items are only accepted for proven manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
How much does it cost to become a supplier? +
Registration and product listing are completely free — there are no monthly fees or listing fees. Kaabhi charges a standard 19% commission only on completed sales, as detailed in the Kaabhi Vendor Agreement.
Which countries can I sell to? +
Kaabhi serves buyers in more than 80 countries. As a supplier, your catalog becomes available to all of these global markets automatically from the day your vendor account is approved.
Which currencies and payment methods are accepted? +
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe and major credit cards in supported international currencies. Funds are safely held under our escrow protection policy before being released to the supplier.
What are the supplier image and catalog guidelines? +
Suppliers must upload original images of the actual products they manufacture and sell. Using third-party brand images, celebrity photos, or copyrighted material without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in listing removal.
